1. What is the return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. To start a return, please contact us at shopasharico@gmail.com before sending your item back.
2. Are any purchases final sale?
Yes! Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.
3. When will I get my order?
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
4. How much does shipping cost?
- Express shipping: $12.95 AUD
- Standard shipping: $7.95 AUD
- We offer free shipping on orders $30+
5. Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and shipped from various global warehouses to ensure quality and value.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within Australia only, but we plan to expand internationally in the near future!
7. Do your gift cards expire?
Gift cards purchased from AshAri Co. are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any product available in-store. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact shopasharico@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has already shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please email us at shopasharico@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we’ll make it right immediately.
